This moth haS very prominent palps suggesting to me it may be a member of the Barea group of Oecophorid moths. the moth has a prominent dark collar and I'm not sure I can see the striped antennae typical of the Garrha (genus), I do not think it matches G. rubella.Llooks similar to Cirrograpta sporadica, but lacks the spotting pattern of that species at the outer margins of the forewing.
