Hi @MichaelMulvaney - this is a perfect use case for the new "Verify By" feature.

I've used the new "Verify By" button to properly store your reference number from the National Fire Ant Eradication Program so that we have it in structured data rather than just as free text in the comments.

I've loaded in the National Fire Ant Eradication Program as an organisation that moderators can now select from the dropdown list when you click the "Verify By" button.
