User's notes

This and sightings 4512585, 4512586, 4512587 show a timeline of a Sea-eagle sighting. The Sea-eagle was initially sighted at high level above the bay during low tide. It saw a fish in the shallows next to a passage marker and very quickly lost altitude and caught the fish, as seen in the images. As the Sea-eagle flew away an Osprey immediately chased after it, harassing the Sea-eagle in flight and trying to steal the fish. The Osprey eventually gave up and the Sea-eagle flew inland with the fish and two Magpies chasing it. Thanks to Barbara for the initial sighting.

A very nice sighting that shows the direct size comparison between the White-bellied Sea-Eagle and the Osprey.
