User's notes

The Birds Nest fungi were sighted beneath dead grass, growing from what appeared to be chipped wood mulch. Most of the cups had already lost their egg shaped spore packets but a central clump of them had just lost their caps and the 'eggs' were in place. The size can be estimated from the ant seen in the final image. Additional images are provided in following sighting 4502889 to help with identification.
