I think the head is wrong for Tortricidae. Palaephatidae?

Elusa (genus)? Looks similar to me to several ALA photos of Elusa (genus) - without crest raised. I think there are vestigial marks on the forewing suggestiing Elusa semipecten.

Ian, I did not think we would get close but after comparing several images, Elusa semipecten Swinhoe, 1901 looks most likely it.
