Don, I know it is a terrible image but as out of focus as they are I can see it has recurved palps, so not Fisera

Recurved palps present. I'm not sure its C rubescens because its seems its very rare for there to be a single black spotin the forewing ie. there seem to be usaully two. Maroga melamostigma suggess itself to me but the forelegs and antennae are not jet black.
