Don, I know it is a terrible image but as out of focus as they are I can see it has recurved palps, so not Fisera

Recurved palps present. I'm not sure its C rubescens because its seems its very rare for there to be a single black spotin the forewing ie. there seem to be usaully two. Maroga melamostigma suggess itself to me but the forelegs and antennae are not jet black.

Ian, Euprionocera geminipuncta looks good. I can see some evidence of spotting along the veins
