Panacela (genus) ie. a Monkey moth, male.I'm not sure as to the species. P. syntropha seems as likely to me.

I take your point, I often find larva on Lophostemon confertus which Common in Moths of Australia gives as a host for pilosa which is now a synonym of lewinii though not proof this image is lewinii. best as Panacela sp.
