User's notes
Measured at 6mm this Crab Spider was initially sighted hiding in plain sight on the side of a lichen covered tree as seen in the first image. Close-up detail shows that the spider had what appeared to be green lichen flakes randomly camouflaging its body. The final image is an underside view which shows that the lichen only appears on the upper surface. Additional close-up detail is shown in following sighting 4498848 to help with identification.
