I agree with ibaird : the thorax and underside look more like H. Rosetta. I can't get a list of Hawk moths to choose from.

I understand the policy should be, that unless we have good reason to the contrary, that the higher clasiification of Lepidoptera ie Moths to the Suoerfamily, Family and Genus level for Greater Bisbane Nature Map should be the same as applies to Canberra and Southern Tablelands Nature Map.

@AaronClausen : there appear to be no species in Hawk Moths list. When I hit 'Can't find it': I get 'Suggest new species', and when I hit that it goes into a loop.
Anyway can you please import the species lists from CNM?
