Possibly a somewhat bluish form of Trametes versicolor - which seems mush less common than the brownish/orangeish shades.

Definitely Saproscincus sp., and most probably Saproscincus spectabilis, however two more similar looking species have been recorded in the area, so maybe leave it at genus level.
