Thyridectis psephonoma looks most likely to me. I scanned Lacturidae at first but overllooked the entry on LBH! There is black and white on a leg here:

@donhe I couldn't find many non-pinned photos of T psephonoma. The general top wing pattern seems right but this one was bright white rather than cream. It did remind me of an ermine moth colours. Do T psephonoma have stripey legs?
