NatureMapr joins ACSA

I'm pleased to announce that NatureMapr has joined the Australian Citizen Science Association (CSA) as an Organisational Member.

ACSA play an extremely important role in advocating for and promoting the numerous benefits of citizen science in Australia and on the world stage.

A bit of a transition is going on where citizen science is still a relatively new phenomenon and is being taken increasingly more seriously by governments and traditional institutions.

So the work that ACSA do in getting the word out there is absolutely vital (and is well and truly appreciated by NatureMapr!).

ACSA is approximately the same age as NatureMapr, both turning ten and I am honoured to say I have been involved with both since almost the outset. Whatever energy I have spare in Life I am happy to put into these two erstwhile enterprises!
