Yes; the similarity of patterns on the head and thorax of this specimen to those in Brian Richards' photos in http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/psyc/psychb.html is striking. The extra long stick attached in Illilanga's specimen is reminiscent of the difference between the cases of Clania lewinae and Clania ignobilis, suggesting that Illilanga's specimen and Brian's are in the same genus but are perhaps different species.
